This is a great tasting hemp seed oil to which 250 mg full spectrum CBD has been added.
Hemp seed oil naturally contains essential amino acids and fatty acids such as omega 3, 6 and 9, which are normally obtained from foods such as meat and fish.
In addition, hemp seed oil contains several health-promoting vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Almost all types of vitamin B can be found in this hemp seed oil.
Instructions
The hemp seed oil can be used both externally and internally.
External use
Use as need directly on the skin.
Internal use
You can take one or two teaspoons of hemp seed oil with CBD orally, once a day.
Mix one tablespoon of hemp seed oil into your salad.
Add half a tablespoon of hemp seed oil to your shake or smoothie.
Before going to sleep, take 1 to 2 capsules which you have filled yourself with hemp seed oil.
Recommended storage
Use the hemp seed oil within one year from purchase. Store the hemp seed oil in a refrigerator.
