Free of charge delivery within Europe

Orders over 75 euros are delivered free of charge.

Discrete packaging

The word “cannabis” may evoke sensitivity in conservatively oriented people and therefore we use discrete packaging for our products. This will ensure the utmost of privacy of your order.

Delivery times and sending costs

All parcels are despatched with a “track & trace-code” that allows you to follow the progress of your online order. This code will be sent to you via e-mail once your order is sent. Tip: if you do not receive a code, please check your Spam box.

* Delivery times listed in this table are indicative and for your information only. Especially during busy periods (holidays, public holidays and bad weather) some orders may be delayed.

Disclaimer

1. We aim to deliver your order on time, customers and/or recipients of orders are responsible for providing the correct and complete delivery address during the sales process.

2. Cannabisoilshop.eu is not responsible for any damages incurred by the customer or product recipient that is caused by products being lost (sending costs, reimbursement of costs or any other way).

3. Should you receive a defective or damaged parcel, please contact us by e-mail within seven days of receiving your order; also include a photograph of your parcel and its contents (product). Do not return any products to us without prior permission. Only when products have been received by us in good order and checked, will a refund be granted. Original shipping costs and import duties are non-refundable. The same also applies to other costs of product returns and insurance, unless agreed to otherwise.

4. As stated in our terms and conditions, liability is transferred to our customers/product recipients once we have despatched an order. Should your parcel be intercepted by Customs because of its content, we cannot be held liable.
